I am Anna Hee Kang, a content creator and strategist with a background in journalism and content marketing. I was born in Seoul, South Korea, and later moved to the U.S., where I grew up in North Carolina.
I graduated with a BA in Psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University, and then stayed in New York City to pursue a career in media.
After six years, I ventured to Madrid, Spain, to get an International MBA and a Master's in Creative Direction, Content and Branding at IE Business School. During this dual-degree program, I gained a foundation in business and strengthened my skills in creative areas like graphic design, photography, video production & editing and digital copywriting.
My unique journey has enabled me to:

I like finding new ways to tell stories—whether it's by learning a different medium or embracing the latest in technology and generative AI.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, taking photos, watching movies (especially comedy and sci-fi/fantasy films), hiking, visiting art museums, learning languages, trying new foods and activities, singing loudly (but not particularly well) at karaoke, organizing social events and volunteering.
